Hope Heals

Hope can help us decrease anxiety as well as depression. Hope can be defined as a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. Hope is being positive as well as optomistic. Hope creates possibilities.
Hope is something that can be learned through counseling. When you have hope, you can decrease negativity as well as symptoms of anxiety and depression.
