Sit with It : The Key To Making Good Decisions

Are you struggling with anxiety? One technique that I teach clients is to “sit with it”. What does this mean? It means to think things over. Many times in life we need to make decisions. When you struggle with anxiety, making a decision can significantly increase that anxiety. Sit with it. Take your time, perhaps resonding by stating “let me think about that.”
